“The Logistics Master Plan of TR83 Region" was prepared by Samsun CCI and funded by Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA) within “Direct Activity Support" programs. The purpose of the project was to make the city Samsun as logistic base, in the harmony with the works toward target areas. The Logistics Master Plan of TR83 Region is one of two studies in Turkey aims to make Samsun as starting point of international freight corridors in the country's North-South and East-West axis. The 3 months projects was managed by Logistics Management Consultant Atilla Yıldıztekin and Academic member of Izmir Institute of Technology Doç.Dr. H. Murat Çelik.
